Refund policy

 

 

We offer return/exchange within the 10 days of delivery, If any Please email us at tahseeb123@gmail.com.the subject line return/Exchange with order ID with the concern, It will be reverted once it is received.

 

Please note the following: -

• The pickup cannot be arranged unless you received the damaged product.
• The product should be in unused condition for exchange, the extra cost may be added for shipping also used product can’t be exchanged or refunded.
• If the refund initiated, It may take 10-15 working days to get received  
• The communication should be through WhatsApp or Email regarding the return/Exchange communication.
• Timing: Monday to Saturday 9.45 AM-5.15 PM(Sunday-Holiday)

 

Cancellation Policy

We dispatch the product within 24-48 hours once the order is received, once it is dispatched request you to follow the above mentioned ,it will be updated in your registered Email ID if dispatched.
